10 lucky winners will be drawn on November 6, 2025, each receiving a RED ART GAMES gift voucher equal to the tax-inclusive price of Skautfold: Moonless Knight.

Official Rules (EN)

The title of the game featured in this contest will be announced publicly on October 31, 2025, on RED ART GAMES’ social media channels and newsletter.

RED ART GAMES, a limited liability company registered under French law, with its registered office at 1 aveue de Marne et Gondoire 77600 Bussy Saint Martin and registration number 834 075 905, is organizing a contest entitled “Halloween Special Contest” (hereinafter “the Contest”) available on https://www.redartgames.com.

The Contest runs from October 31, 2025 (4:00 PM CET) to November 3, 2025 (4:00 PM CET), inclusive.

Participation is open to any natural person aged 18 or older who purchases Skautfold: Moonless Knight on www.redartgames.com during the Contest period.

Employees of RED ART GAMES, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in organizing the Contest are excluded.

Any valid purchase made on www.redartgames.com between October 31 and November 3, 2025 automatically enters the customer into the prize draw.

One purchase equals one entry.
Cancelled or refunded orders before the draw will void the corresponding entry.

The prize draw will take place on November 6, 2025, among all eligible purchases made during the Contest period.
The draw will be conducted randomly by the RED ART GAMES team.

Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants.

Each winner will receive the prize described in Article 5 of these rules.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified time, a substitute may be selected from the remaining participants.

The winner will receive a RED ART GAMES gift voucher equal to the tax-inclusive price of the game featured in the contest, meaning the specific title announced as part of the Halloween Special Contest.

If the participant’s order includes several items, the gift voucher will only correspond to the tax-inclusive price of the contest game, excluding delivery cost or any other products purchased in the same order.

The voucher will be valid for 6 months from its issuance date and can be used only on www.redartgames.com.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

The winner will be notified by e-mail within 10 days of the draw.
If no reply is received within 7 calendar days, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

RED ART GAMES shall not be held liable for:

- any technical failure preventing participation,
- loss, theft, or delay of the prize,
- or any case of force majeure.

Data collected in connection with the Contest are used solely for managing participation and awarding the prize, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller: RED ART GAMES.
Data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months after the Contest ends.

Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules, available on www.redartgames.com throughout the Contest period.

These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where RED ART GAMES’ registered office is located, unless otherwise required by law.

Le titre du jeu concerné par ce concours sera communiqué publiquement le 31 octobre 2025 sur les réseaux sociaux et la newsletter de RED ART GAMES.

La sociĂ©té RED ART GAMES, sociĂ©tĂ© Ă  responsabilitĂ© limitĂ©e au capital de 1000€, dont le siĂšge social est situĂ© Ă  1 avenue de Marne et Gondoire 77600 Bussy-Saint-Martin, immatriculĂ©e au RCS de Meaux sous le numĂ©ro 834 075 905, organise un jeu-concours intitulé « Halloween Special Contest » (ci-aprĂšs « le Jeu »), accessible sur le site https://www.redartgames.com.

Le Jeu se déroule du 31 octobre 2025 à 16h00 au 3 novembre 2025 à 16h00 inclus.

Le Jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure, ayant effectué un achat du jeu Skautfold: Moonless Knight sur le site www.redartgames.com pendant la période du Jeu.

Sont exclus de la participation :

- les employés de RED ART GAMES,
- leurs familles directes,
- et toute personne ayant participĂ© Ă  l’organisation du Jeu.

Toute personne effectuant un achat valide sur le site www.redartgames.com entre le 31 octobre et le 3 novembre 2025 est automatiquement inscrite au tirage au sort.
Une participation équivaut à une commande passée pendant la période du Jeu.
Les commandes annulĂ©es ou remboursĂ©es avant le tirage entraĂźneront l’annulation de la participation correspondante.

Le tirage au sort aura lieu le 6 novembre 2025, parmi toutes les commandes valides enregistrées pendant la période du Jeu.

Le tirage sera effectuĂ© par l’équipe RED ART GAMES de maniĂšre Ă©quitable et alĂ©atoire.

Dix (10) gagnants seront tirĂ©s au sort parmi l’ensemble des participants Ă©ligibles.

Chaque gagnant recevra le lot dĂ©crit Ă  l’article 5 du prĂ©sent rĂšglement.
En cas d’impossibilitĂ© de contacter un gagnant ou d’absence de rĂ©ponse dans le dĂ©lai prĂ©vu, un supplĂ©ant pourra ĂȘtre dĂ©signĂ© parmi les autres participants.

Le gagnant recevra un bon d’achat RED ART GAMES d’un montant Ă©quivalent au prix TTC du jeu concernĂ© par le concours, c’est-Ă -dire le jeu annoncĂ© comme participant Ă  l’Halloween Concours.

Si la commande du participant comprend plusieurs articles, le bon d’achat correspondra uniquement au montant TTC du jeu du concours, Ă  l’exclusion des frais de port et/ou des autres produits Ă©ventuellement achetĂ©s dans le mĂȘme panier.

Le bon d’achat sera valable 6 mois à compter de sa date d’émission et utilisable uniquement sur le site www.redartgames.com.

Le lot n’est ni Ă©changeable, ni remboursable, ni transfĂ©rable Ă  un tiers.

Le gagnant sera contactĂ© par e-mail Ă  l’adresse utilisĂ©e lors de sa commande, dans un dĂ©lai de 10 jours suivant le tirage au sort.
Sans réponse du gagnant sous 7 jours calendaires, le lot sera réattribué à un autre participant.

RED ART GAMES ne saurait ĂȘtre tenue responsable :

- en cas d’erreur ou de dysfonctionnement technique empĂȘchant la participation au Jeu,
- en cas de perte, vol ou retard du lot,
- ou de tout cas de force majeure.

Les données collectées dans le cadre du Jeu sont utilisées exclusivement pour la gestion du concours et la remise du lot, conformément au RÚglement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD).

Le responsable du traitement est RED ART GAMES.
Les données seront conservées pendant 6 mois aprÚs la fin du Jeu.

Conformément à la loi Informatique et Libertés, tout participant peut exercer ses droits (accÚs, rectification, suppression, opposition) en écrivant à :
